What You Bring:

• Completed training as a Social Assistant (m/f/d), Social Pedagogical Assistant (m/f/d), Childcare Worker (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
• Passion for educational and supportive work
• Sense of responsibility and the desire to safely guide your charges through their daily lives
• Strong communication skills and empathy to understand and support individual needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting professionals in various residential facilities such as kindergartens, daycare centers, after-school care centers, children’s and youth homes, workshops for people with disabilities, or care homes
• Ensuring a structured daily routine and individually assisting those in your care
• Creative leisure activities and developing new ideas for meaningful engagement
• Consultation and communication with parents, guardians, and professionals
• Organizational and administrative tasks as part of a dedicated team
