Are you a strong communicator with experience in account management and a passion for outstanding customer service? Then we want to hear from you! We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and take charge of managing and nurturing our existing customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing client portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts
  • Manage contract renewals and optimize customer accounts
  • Coordinate customer service requests and ensure timely solutions
  • Handle equipment orders and oversee fleet management
  • Manage customer inquiries
  • Proactively communicate to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed customer records and provide regular reports in the CRM system

Your Profile:

  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Basic English skills
  • Experience in the gastronomy or QSR sector is a plus
  • Proven experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Flexible work attitude (not strictly 9-to-5)
  • Basic understanding of contract management and business relationships
