We are looking for a Consultant Transaction Services (m/f/d) for our Deals division.
What to expect:

Transaction Advisory: Responsibility for Financial Due Diligence (FDD) in national and international M&A transactions.

Valuation: Analysis of business models, financial levers, and growth potential of target companies.

Responsibility: Support in project management and negotiations related to the deal.

What you bring:

A degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, controlling, M&A, or auditing.

First experience in Transaction Services or auditing, ideally gained through internships.

International experience, e.g., through a semester abroad.

Fluent in German and English.

Strong communication skills and service orientation.
