Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

What will your daily work look like?

• Receiving incoming goods shipments, checking delivery notes, requesting label printing, labeling, and storing goods

• Coordinating the shipment of goods both domestically and internationally

• Ordering and managing packaging materials

• Supporting sales staff in all logistical matters

• Archiving documents that need to be retained

• Conducting inventory tasks

• Assisting in locating items both domestically and abroad

• Maintaining stock levels and regularly checking for damage

• Managing the warehouse

• Special projects in collaboration with the Store Manager, such as warehouse reorganization and preparation for special promotions

What do you need to succeed with us?

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist, logistics specialist, or a comparable qualification with practical experience in logistics

• At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in retail companies

• High sense of responsibility and a very structured approach to work

• Strong cost and safety awareness

• Confident use of modern media and a passion for efficiently utilizing them in daily work

• Proficiency with PC programs (Excel, Word, inventory management systems)

• Hands-on mentality and team-oriented

• Fluent in German and good English skills
