What is the difference between personnel placement and temporary employment/employee leasing?

  • Personnel Placement: In personnel placement, the employee is permanently hired by the client company following a successful match. Once the placement is complete, our role as the personnel service provider concludes. At Hire PP, we specialize exclusively in this type of service, focusing on finding long-term, permanent hires for our clients.
  • Temporary Employment/Employee Leasing: The employee is employed by the personnel service provider and performs work for the client company on behalf of the personnel service provider. The goal is often a long-term permanent position at the client company, except in cases like parental leave or long-term illness coverage.
