Your Role in Banking!
To support our team, we are looking for a motivated Bank Employee (m/f/d) to assist in carrying out banking transactions and customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for handling banking services, advising customers, and managing internal banking processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist customers with financial inquiries and provide advice on suitable products and services.
- Account Management: Open, manage, and close accounts while processing transactions and banking documents.
- Financial Products: Advise customers on banking products such as loans, mortgages, savings, and investment accounts.
- Cash and Payment Transactions: Handle deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange, and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
- Administration: Support internal administrative processes and ensure smooth daily banking operations.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to legal regulations, security standards, and banking policies.
- Sales: Actively promote banking products and services to achieve sales targets.
What You Bring:
- Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification.
- Good knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Strong customer orientation and advisory skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and banking software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
