E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Installation, configuration, administration, and support of our IT and network infrastructure (hardware and software systems)

• Administration of our internal and external server and database systems

• Managing the ERP system (JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS, JTL-Ameise) and our shop system based on Shopware 5 and JTL-Shop

• Managing our virtual telephone system (3CX) as well as Google Business and Microsoft 365 tools

• Serving as a point of contact and advisor for internal departments regarding all IT-related inquiries (1st and 2nd level support)

Your Profile:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Experience with JTL software is an advantage

• Knowledge of MySQL, HTML, PHP, and DotLiquid is desirable

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Initiative and willingness for personal development

• Team player, reliability, and commitment to performance

• Good English skills
