Your tasks:

Take full technical and commercial responsibility for interdisciplinary planning projects both domestically and internationally.

Coordinate technical and planning aspects within the project through all planning phases and sub-projects, with regular, trustworthy communication with clients.

Take responsibility for the quality, schedule, and costs of assigned projects, including reporting.

Acquisition of strategic projects on both national and international levels, and management of the tendering process.

Contribute to increasing revenue and success within the business unit.
Your profile:

Completed studies in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Relevant professional experience in national and international project management and sales of engineering services.

Strong communication and persuasion skills, along with a professional demeanor, high empathy, and consulting expertise, enabling you to build partnerships with business partners and employees.

Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
