Your tasks:

  • Take full technical and commercial responsibility for interdisciplinary planning projects both domestically and internationally.

  • Coordinate technical and planning aspects within the project through all planning phases and sub-projects, with regular, trustworthy communication with clients.

  • Take responsibility for the quality, schedule, and costs of assigned projects, including reporting.

  • Acquisition of strategic projects on both national and international levels, and management of the tendering process.

  • Contribute to increasing revenue and success within the business unit.

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.

  • Relevant professional experience in national and international project management and sales of engineering services.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, along with a professional demeanor, high empathy, and consulting expertise, enabling you to build partnerships with business partners and employees.

  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
