Educator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

As an educator, you will support and guide children on their journey to becoming confident and responsible individuals. You will design and implement educational activities independently while contributing to the ongoing development of our pedagogical concept.

Additionally, you will actively participate in parent events, as well as in parent-teacher meetings, support discussions, and conflict resolution talks. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you will help train the next generation of professionals by mentoring trainees and interns.

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a state-certified educator, social pedagogue, or an equivalent qualification as an educational specialist
• A value system based on tolerance and open-mindedness
• Passion for fostering children’s curiosity and supporting their journey of discovery
