Are you a strong communicator with experience in account management and a passion for outstanding customer service? Then we want to hear from you! We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and take charge of managing and nurturing our existing customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing client portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts
- Manage contract renewals and optimize customer accounts
- Coordinate customer service requests and ensure timely solutions
- Handle equipment orders and oversee fleet management
- Manage customer inquiries
- Proactively communicate to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed customer records and provide regular reports in the CRM system
Your Profile:
- Native-level German proficiency
- Basic English skills
- Experience in the gastronomy or QSR sector is a plus
- Proven experience in account management or customer success
- Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Flexible work attitude (not strictly 9-to-5)
- Basic understanding of contract management and business relationships
