Your Responsibilities:

• Providing needs-based support and guidance to children through developmentally appropriate activities
• Assisting children in their daily routines using Reflex Integration Training (RIT) methods
• Observing and documenting children’s individual learning topics
• Planning, preparing, and implementing educational activities
• Designing and further developing the daycare center’s educational concept
• Building and maintaining a competent and reliable partnership with parents
• Collaborating with the daycare team, guardians, and the organization

Your Profile:

• Completed state-certified training as a childcare worker (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• Passion and dedication for working with children and families
• Interest in situational work with children aged 1-6 within our unique educational concept
• Responsible, professionally and socially competent, highly motivated, and flexible
• Cooperative, team-oriented, and empathetic
• Up-to-date medical certificate confirming measles vaccination or immunity
• Possession of an extended police clearance certificate
• Familiarity with the principles of the German Red Cross
