Your tasks:

Reviewing and processing applications for family insurance in compliance with legal requirements

Clarifying and recording insurance periods for members and dependents

Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all required documents

Communicating with insured individuals, employers, and authorities regarding insurance law issues

Documenting and maintaining insured data in our IT systems
Your profile:
-
Completed training in a commercial field, e.g., as a social insurance specialist, tax specialist, personnel manager, bank clerk, insurance and finance clerk, or healthcare manager

Basic knowledge of social insurance is an advantage

Enjoys telephone communication and customer advice, with a positive appearance
-
Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges

Proficient in MS Office
