Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) to assist us in property mediation. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process of real estate, from acquisition to client consultation and the successful conclusion of purchase or rental contracts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Property Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring sales and rental properties.
• Client Consultation: Advising buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords on all matters related to real estate.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market analyses and evaluating properties.
• Contract Negotiations: Negotiating and finalizing purchase and rental contracts.
• Property Viewings: Organizing and conducting property viewings for interested parties.
• Marketing: Creating listings, online ads, and other sales materials.
• Network Maintenance: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, notaries, banks, and other relevant partners.
• Legal Advice: Ensuring legal protection and advising on rental and purchase contracts.

What You Bring:

• Completed training in the real estate field or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in real estate marketing or mediation is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of the real estate market and relevant legal regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Initiative, customer orientation, and an independent work style.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms.
• A driver’s license (Class B) is desirable.
