We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Freelance Recruiter (m/f/d) to help us attract top talent for our clients. If you have a knack for people, strong communication skills, and recruiting experience, then you are exactly who we need!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the entire recruitment process (from job posting to placement)
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates through various channels (social media, active sourcing, networks)
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications
  • Support and advise applicants and clients
  • Build and maintain a network of professionals
  • Utilize modern recruiting tools and methods

What You Bring:

  • Experience in recruiting, ideally as a freelancer or in a recruitment agency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Initiative and a self-reliant, structured way of working
  • Experience with active sourcing and social media recruiting
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
  • Good German and English language skills
