Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting and assisting children, adolescents, and adults in their daily lives and helping them structure their routines
• Providing individual counseling and support to strengthen personal resources
• Assisting with housing searches, application processes, and administrative tasks
• Developing conflict resolution strategies and providing social pedagogical support
• Collaborating with schools, doctors, offices, and authorities
• Planning and organizing recreational activities for children and adolescents
• Taking on administrative and organizational tasks

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Psychology, or a comparable field
• Initial work experience in the social sector is an advantage
• Excellent German language skills
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and intercultural competence
• Structured and organized work approach
• Resilience and ability to stay focused in stressful situations
• Confident use of IT applications
