at www.hirepp.com (“Hire PP Website”) as well as your relationship with Hire PP GmbH

For Employers
If you wish to engage Hire PP for recruitment services, our General Terms and Conditions for
Employers shall apply (available upon request).
Employers can post job listings, request recruitment packages, or choose a combination of
services. Upon registration, employers are required to provide the following mandatory
fields:
• Organization name
• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Sector
• Phone
• Username
• Password
After registration, employers gain access to a user-friendly dashboard where they can add and
manage comprehensive information about their company. This includes:
• Phone number and website
• Industry and company description
• Founding date
• Social media links (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, Twitter, etc.)
• Company logo and full address
• Account and team member management
• Company size and locations
• Certifications and awards
• Available job openings and career opportunities
This dashboard allows for efficient management and presentation of the company to provide
potential applicants with the best possible insights.
Hire PP does not provide any guarantees regarding:
• The availability of job postings listed on the Hire PP Website
• The final terms and conditions or the duration of any employment arranged through
the Hire PP Website
You may terminate your participation in this agreement at any time by contacting us as
described below.
For Job Seekers
By registering as a job seeker or responding to a recruitment inquiry from Hire PP via phone
or email regarding temporary or permanent employment, you agree to be a party to an
agreement with Hire PP. This agreement includes participation in recruitment processes and
receiving job notifications that match your profile. The rights and obligations arising from
this agreement are set out in the General Terms and Conditions, which you accept upon
registration or confirm upon expressing your interest in being included in our database via
email.
Our recruitment services for candidates are free of charge. Job seekers may apply for jobs at
no cost. Registration on the Hire PP Website is mandatory, requiring the following fields:
• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Sector
• Phone
• Username
• Password
After registration, job seekers gain access to a user-friendly dashboard where they can upload
and manage various details, including:
• Resume (CV) and cover letter
• Age and date of birth
• Industry and job titles
• Salary expectations
• Personal description
• Phone number
• Certifications and academic level
• Profile photo
• Social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, etc.)
• Work experience and skills
This dashboard helps job seekers present themselves effectively to potential employers.
You may terminate your participation in this agreement at any time by contacting us as
described below.
Use of the Hire PP Website
The Hire PP Website is operated to help you understand our services and facilitate
communication with us.
The Hire PP Website is provided for your personal use in accordance with these terms. If you
experience difficulties accessing any part of our website or uploading your résumé, please
contact us so we can assist you.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We
will inform you about any changes, including:
1. The scope of the changes
2. The period within which you may object
3. The fact that failure to object will be considered as acceptance
4. The consequences of an objection
Changes become effective upon notification.
Your Use of the Hire PP Website
You agree not to use the Hire PP Website for:
• Distributing unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar,
obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Transmitting content that encourages criminal behavior or violates any applicable
laws, regulations, or codes of conduct

Account Registration
You may create an account by registering on the Hire PP Website. Registration is required for
both employers and job seekers to access our services. Upon registration, you will be required
to provide certain mandatory information, including:
• For Job Seekers: First name, Last name, Email, Sector, Phone, Username and
Password
• For Employers: Organization Name, First name, Last name, Email, Sector, Phone,
Username and Password
Each registered user will have access to a personal user dashboard where additional details
can be managed and updated as necessary.
You must ensure that the information you provide upon registration and thereafter is accurate
and complete. Please update your personal details promptly to maintain effective
communication with us.
Upon registration, you will be asked to create a password. Keep your password confidential
and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us
immediately. If we suspect a security breach, we may require you to change your password or
suspend your account.
Suspension or Termination of Your Registration
If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your registration with immediate
effect.
You can delete your account anytime via your user dashboard. Additionally, you may
unsubscribe from marketing communications via the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails or
by emailing [email protected].
Suspension or termination of your account does not affect any pre-existing legal rights or
obligations.
Liability Disclaimer
Although we take reasonable care in compiling and presenting content on the Hire PP
Website, all materials are provided for informational purposes only. You should verify any
information before relying on it. If inaccuracies are reported to us, we will correct them as
soon as possible.
If we breach these terms, our liability is limited to foreseeable losses and does not extend to
business-related damages such as data loss, lost profits, or business interruptions, unless
required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or
personal injury caused by our negligence.
Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Hire PP Website. If you

Access to the website may be restricted for maintenance or the introduction of new features.
We will restore service as quickly as possible.
Intellectual Property

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by German law. We aim to resolve disputes efficiently. If a legal
claim is necessary, it must be filed in Germany.
Miscellaneous
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer our rights if it does not
adversely affect you.
If you violate these terms and we do not act immediately, we may still enforce our rights
later.
Hire PP is not responsible for breaches caused by events beyond its control.
